About Debbie
As the owner of Serenity Now, Debbie Jackson RN, HTI-P, CMT, RYT, has been a nurse for over 30 years and has been practicing massage since 2005. Constantly seeking to continue her education, her love for yoga led her to become a Registered Yoga Alliance yoga teacher in 2011. She believes yoga is a practice that promotes balance and peace in the body, mind and spirit and compliments what she tries to achieve for her clients in massage. It is her goal to share this love of yoga with the community, so they may increase their strength and flexibility ultimately achieving peace and healing in their own daily practices both on and off the yoga mat.
Also, Debbie practices healing touch as an art and science which allows her to offer additional skills that serve the client. These skills help to facilitate a healing environment, so that the highest level of wellness may be cultivated in the client. It is her goal to create a safe and therapeutic atmosphere which promotes a continued healing process.
Thanks go to her wonderful family for their continued support in the pursuit of peace, harmony, balance and wellness while meeting the challenges of journeying through personal and professional growth. Also, many thanks to the beautiful and special mentors both past and present who have encouraged, supported and assisted in this most amazing journey.
