A cowboy/cowgirl, a firefighter, a superhero, Wonder Woman, Superman, a crime fighter , an astronaut, a teacher, an artist, a fairy, a princess, a scientist, a race car driver, a football player…and so on..
What has become of your dreams?
Perhaps the better question would have been “who will you become?” What is it about each of those persona that called to you? What qualities would you like to embody?
What dreams are calling you- the deep down inside dreams- the ones that some might call crazy or impractical? Do you tell yourself it’s too late for dreams?
Each day you decide who you are becoming by the choices and the decisions that you make.
The decision to be mindful, pausing, taking the time to remember who you want to become will allow you to make better choices. A daily mindfulness practice will help you to become more aware of your feelings and become more clear as you reconnect with your heart and your deep down soul dreams.
Who are you becoming?

Using breath and movement,you learn to slow down. When you focus on the breath finding the balance in between the inhalations and the exhalations, the body becomes calm, the nervous system quiets, and the mind becomes more still. You will learn to connect the breath with movement, moving towards balancing mind, body, spirit, and emotions.
